eQueue Systems objective: Queuing paging system for dining/clinic/ exhibition / any hospitality related sector. You may mount the eQueueC client app at the entrance for customer with entering the mobile # and # of seats required, then print out an instance waiting slip. eQueueC client app will announce the ticket #. eQueueS server app for internal staff to control the queue.
To work in order, you needs the eQueueS app to register with it. As eQueueS provide a control of setting for ticket workstation interface, ticket QR code and ticket greeting.
Hardware requirement:
-Apple iPad x 2 (latest model is the best)
-Custom Stands for mounting station device & thermal printer.
-Star POS thermal printer (LINE model)
- Clean network with WiFi enable [no other devices attached]
- Internet (optional)
This system must combine with eQueueC ticket station (free App) and eQueueS (Server App - paid version) to operate.
